Criminal Cases Certified Copies
Criminal cases may be ordered by mail or email.
When ordering certified copies, fees and other service charges will apply. If you do not know the year/case number, an additional search fee of $2 per year, per name will be added for every year searched for all documents.

- Defendant's name
- Case number
- Date of birth
- Type of charges
- Type of document needed (i.e. affidavit of arrest (a-form), information/indictment, judgment and sentence, orders of probation-community control, motions, general orders, depositions)
- Include requestor's name and address
- Self-addressed stamped envelope
- Mail appropriate fee: $1 per page, $2 per document for certification
