Need assistance or want to submit a request?

Service requests for Felony, Misdemeanor, Traffic, and Parking cases must be submitted through Clerk Direct, providing “Direct Access at Your Fingertips!”

When:

  • Dates: October 5th to October 18th, 2026
  • In-Person at our locations: Monday – Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Locations)
  • We offer extended hours on Thursdays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the following locations:
    • North Dade Justice Center, South Dade Justice Center and Joseph Caleb Center Court
    • Extended hours are available for Traffic and Parking services only.
  • Online: 24 hours a day (COLLECTION FEES HAVE AUTOMATICALLY BEEN REMOVED IN THE SYSTEM, YOU DO NOT NEED TO COME IN PERSON)
  • Phone: Phone lines are available 24/7 for case/citation inquiries and payments:
    • Traffic    : 305-275-1111
    • Parking  : 305-275-1133
    • Criminal : 786-971-2746
    • For operator assistance, please call Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • OGL EMAIL:  OGL@miamidadeclerk.gov (Please include your full name, phone number and driver's license number or tag number to better assist you)
  • OGL Phone VM 24/7: (305-999-5363) Please leave us your full name, email address and driver's license or vehicle tag number to better assist you. You can also text us at that number.

Ways to Pay:

  • Payment in person: At a Miami-Dade Clerk of the Court and Comptroller Office Locations for traffic, parking, and criminal court costs, fines, and fees. Please find the nearest branch location nearest you to save time. 
    • Please have your citations and driver's license information ready at the front counter.
  • Online Payment: Traffic, Parking and Criminal. ***Collection Fees have automatically been removed in the system***
  • Phone Payment: Traffic Citations 305-275-1111, Parking Citations 305-275-1133 and Criminal Cases 786-971-2746 only. ***Collection Fees have automatically been removed in the system***

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept cash, personal & cashier's checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, and Discover.

Mail in payments must be mailed to us and post marked between 10/5 – 10/18. 

*Late fees still apply.

 

 

Additional Notes:

** Must not have other outstanding violations in other counties or suspensions unrelated to non-payment in the State of Florida.
