Public Records Requests
The Clerk of the Court and Comptroller of Miami-Dade County is the record custodian for various types of records. Some records you can access directly online, and some requests need to be directed to our Records Management Department. Please see below for accessing records online or requesting public records through Records Management.

- For records pertaining to business licenses, personnel records, or payment records for various county departments, the request can be made through:

- For Board of County Commissioner’s meeting records such as minutes, resolutions and ordinances, the request can be made through:

- For all other public records of the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller’s office, kindly complete the Public Records Request Form and submit it via:

Each request received will be assigned a control number and the requestor will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. The request is then distributed to the respective department(s) who will process the request and provide a cost estimate, if applicable. Please note all requests are processed in the order they are received.
