Civil Cases Certified Copies
When ordering certified copies, fees and other service charges will apply. If you do not know the year/case number, an additional search fee of $2 per year, per name will be added for every year searched for all documents.

You can request certified copies online, by mail or in person.

After performing an online search and viewing the image, you may order a certified copy of a civil document.
Please Note: If you cannot see the image, you may need to become a registered user, free of charge, in order to access Civil court records as per the current version of the Florida Supreme Court Standards for Access to Electronic Court Records and the Access Security Matrix.
