District Courts

For the convenience of the citizens of Miami-Dade County, the Clerk's Office has six full-service district court locations and the Central Marriage License Bureau.

The full-service district court locations provide accessibility to the courts in the marriage license, civil, traffic, county, criminal and parking areas. Some also offer domestic violence case filing and court hearings.
