For the convenience of our citizens, the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller operates six full-service district court locations, along with the Central Marriage License Bureau. These locations provide accessible services in areas such as marriage licenses, civil and traffic cases, county and criminal matters, as well as parking violations. Additionally, the following locations (Joseph Caleb Center, Hialeah District Court, North Dade Justice Center, and South Dade Justice Center) handle domestic violence case filings and court hearings. For more specific services and office hours, please select the location below. 

North Dade Justice Center, South Dade Justice Center and Joseph Caleb Center Court have extended hours of operation.
