Vendor Resources

This page provides information and resources for vendors seeking to do business with the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller of Miami-Dade County (Clerk). It outlines the Clerk’s registration procedures and current opportunities.

All processes are conducted in accordance with applicable Florida Statutes, and the Clerk’s procurement policy and internal procedures to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability.

All vendors must register through the Miami-Dade County Supplier Portal to receive alerts for new procurement opportunities and to submit bids and proposals.

Registration is free and required to enter into a contract with the Clerk.

Through the portal, vendors may:

  • Create and update company profiles
  • Manage contact and address information
  • Select appropriate commodity codes
  • Respond to active solicitations

Vendors can review solicitation details, download documents, and submit responses electronically

The Clerk may establish Vendor Benches for specific goods and services. Placement on a Vendor Bench allows qualified vendors to participate in future spot market competitions.
 
For information on currently managed Vendor Benches, contact the Procurement Office directly.

The Clerk’s Procurement Calendar provides information on official procurement-related meetings and upcoming events related to solicitations or vendor engagement.

Vendors may review awarded contracts, including those issued by the Clerk, through the INFORMS Contract Portal. The portal provides access to contract numbers, awarded vendors, and contract terms.

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all competitively awarded contracts issued by the Clerk. These terms outline standard obligations, requirements, and compliance provisions for contractors.
