Vendor Resources
This page provides information and resources for vendors seeking to do business with the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller of Miami-Dade County (Clerk). It outlines the Clerk’s registration procedures and current opportunities.
All processes are conducted in accordance with applicable Florida Statutes, and the Clerk’s procurement policy and internal procedures to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability.
All vendors must register through the Miami-Dade County Supplier Portal to receive alerts for new procurement opportunities and to submit bids and proposals.
Registration is free and required to enter into a contract with the Clerk.
Through the portal, vendors may:
- Create and update company profiles
- Manage contact and address information
- Select appropriate commodity codes
- Respond to active solicitations
