Welcome to the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller Strategic Plan

The Clerk of the Court and Comptroller (COCC) Strategic Plan is our roadmap for delivering excellent service to the residents of Miami-Dade County. Guided by four strategic pillars, the plan establishes clear priorities and goals that support our mission and vision.

Since February 2023, we have focused on evaluating and improving the services we provide to residents, the courts, the legal community, and Miami-Dade County.

While we are proud of the work we do, we remain committed to continuous improvement. This first Strategic Plan outlines our vision for the future and provides a clear path for strengthening our operations and enhancing the services we deliver.

Technology, innovation, and a strong workforce are essential to our success. By investing in our employees and embracing modern solutions, we will improve efficiency, increase transparency, and better serve our community.

This Strategic Plan reflects our commitment to accountability, public trust, and excellence in service as we continue to meet the needs of Miami-Dade County residents today and in the future.
